I'm Tracy Strong. a draftsman, animation generalist, and educator, specializing in ToonBoom Harmony since 2007. I’ve worked in just about all the production departments using Harmony and Photoshop
But, that’s not all, In recent years I’ve also found joy in teaching, training teams in house and internationally, planning and conducting webinars for Toon Boom, and heading an 8 week boot camp to prepare animators leaving college to work at a production level. The diversity of my experience has helped me hone my communication skills. I can serve as a translator between the fanciful language of idea-people, show runners, directors, producers and convert their ideas into art or actionable steps. I also enjoy the challenge of explaining complex problems to junior artists in a straightforward and encouraging manner.
